The shop did a repairing to my vehicle, However, I had concerns about the final bill. I was originally told the repair would cost Roughly From 600$ up to maximum $800, but the final bill came to $1,137. The difference was not clearly explained to me beforehand, which was frustrating. I also paid for replacement brake shoes on all four wheels, but I noticed that some of the old brake springs were reused. I am not a mechanic, so I don’t know whether this is standard practice or whether new hardware should have been installed. Since I paid a significant amount for the brake work, seeing old parts reused raised concerns and left me with questions. Overall, the work appears to be Done , but I believe communication about costs and parts used could be improved. Customers should be informed of additional charges and whether old hardware will be reused before the work is completed!

Great service, fair price! During an unsafe roadside inspection by Idaho State Patrol, I was falsely accused by trooper of driving on flat tire and put out of service. Trooper did give me the courtesy of escorting me to the truck stop. Huge THANK YOU to the night shift crew, who checked me in without delay. Technician, Jet, very thoroughly inspected the tire and found the issue to be a failed valve stem. An hour and $70 later I was safely and legally on my way. HUGE THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!

Good day, in the shop within 5 minutes. Tire patched in 30 minutes. Everyone here today was respectful and prompt.

My truck's tire got flat, I came here and asked for a new tire. It was 11 pm. They said, "You need road service, give me 320 dollars extra separately." I said, "I came to you with my truck, then why do you call me for a road service?"Now it's 8:00am finish , whenever I talk to them, they say they'll call for five minutes, they're only interested in money, they want to make road calls and charge double the money, it's very wrong. Please don't come here at night. They ask for a lot of money on the pretext of road calls. I will never come again.and very bad experience

Pretty friendly staff, way better than many TA on the East, my experience was good, just wait for my turn, tire service was very professional, got impressed by the technician of the night shift, he's been wrenching since he was 7 yrs old, cool 😎 look and positive attitude
